Class Information:
Self-Healing Techniques: Connecting to Your Body’s Healing Potential
Description: Learn self-care techniques to help you make a deep connection to your body. You’ll learn hands on practices to meld with your body and attune to your soft tissue, physiological, and energetic systems. We’ll practice these techniques and combine them with a meditation you can do at home.
Energy Healing Sessions:
I will be offering 20 minute individual Energy Healing Sessions at $20 per session. Craniosacral therapy is the foundation of the session, and we may blend in some other modalities and meditations. This is a light, hands on treatment session.
If you receive a mini-session, you will receive $20 off a future Energy Healing Session.
