Craniosacral Therapy Intensives
Craniosacral Therapy Intensives are retreat-style experiences to enhance your health and well-being. CST Intensives are customized experiences that blend Craniosacral Therapy, Energy Meditations, and Nature Integration for a deep exploration into self-awareness and connection for individuals or small groups.
Planning
During the planning period, we’ll discuss your intentions and design a program tailored to you and/or your small group. We’ll determine the number of days, sessions, the location, and discuss Nature Integration options. Craniosacral Therapy Intensives include a minimum of three Craniosacral Therapy Sessions and an opening and closing Energy Meditation.

CST Intensives
Craniosacral Therapy and Energy Meditations provide a unique opportunity for change. This change can take many forms, including:
- decrease in physical symptoms
- decreased pain
- a sense of lightness and emotional freedom
- improved self-awareness and boundaries
- deep awareness of energetic presence
- improved connection with your self and others
- many other physical, emotional, or spiritual changes
During the Intensive, we recommend allowing yourself time each day and at the conclusion of the Intensive for reflection and integration. Limiting the use of phones as much as possible and allowing for introspective activities such as journaling, meditation, exercise, reading, walking, etc, are beneficial practices. The purpose of this is to allow your body and mind continued time to feel into new possibilities. It is amazing what may come to you in these quiet, reflective spaces.
Nature Integration
Your Nature Integration time can be on your own or as part of the CST Intensive. Nature doesn’t project, allowing space for you to continue connect with yourself outside of the influence of media, work, family, etc.
Nature Integration options are discussed during the planning phase before your CST Intensive. We’ll explore ways to practice this integration on your own and share options available through us. We offer outdoor meditations, guided hiking, and guided backpacking trips. Tucson, AZ, has a variety of guided trips you can explore in the cooler months. Rock climbing, canyoneering, and cycling are popular activities.
