Online Guided Meditation

Our monthly online guided meditations consist of two to three guided practices. We begin each session with a short breathing exercise to settle in before moving on to longer (10-20 minute) exercises. The longer guided experiences include nondual, embodied meditation practices based on the Realization Process. These exercises allow for a deep connection to the wholeness of our individual being.

These free online sessions are 50 minutes in length and take place once per month. Sessions will generally occur on Wednesday or Thursday during the last week of the month.

Benefits of Meditation

A regular meditation practice can improve health and well-being. Even a short, 2-3 minute breathing exercise can lower stress levels. Meditation practice may help with:

  • behavior (habit) changes

The embodied practices we teach also create a deep connection to self. Strengthening this sense of self is empowering and supportive in many areas of life, helping you feel more present in your relationships, career, hobbies, or whatever you may be interested in pursuing.
